The staff was very friendly, got to Auckland an hour earlier than expected, but the staff let us check in early. The beds were VERY comfortable, I came up to Auckland for a concert with a friend and they were very nice to sleep on after a big night out. Facilities were very clean with all necessities provided, free overnight parking which saved us a lot of hassle.

The place was clean, tidy and quiet. Bed and shower pressure was good. I love the location - round 15mins to Sylvia Park, Mt Wellington and Royal Oak. There are plenty of takeaway places in the immediate vicinity as well as a restaurant next door. This is the 3rd or 4th time that I have stayed in this motel and I found it similar to previous stays.

I liked the location - was approx 6 minutes from the supermarket & have shopping close by. The room was clean, warm & beds were comfortable. The bathroom was an excellent size & shower stall plenty large enough. We were attending a cat show & finding a hotel prepared to allow our cats to stay for a reasonable cost was excellent
